Raízen supports 43 service stations with Fortinet and achieves 99% availability

Raizen, the largest privately owned crude oil refinery in Argentina, faced a challenge in supporting business continuity and connectivity for its service stations during a companywide digital transformation. They required a secure networking platform to support future deployments and station operations. Fortinet provided a solution using its FortiGate Next-Generation Firewalls and Secure SD-WAN.

Fortinet implemented FortiGate NGFWs enabled with Secure SD-WAN and FortiExtender devices at each station. This created a converged network integrating 43 service stations with reliable 4G cellular backup. The solution resulted in 99% network availability, simple unified management, and an improved customer experience through better digital services.
