SASTRA Deemed University has relied on Fortinet since the early 2010s to protect its network and data across three campuses. The university needed strong, efficient security for growing network traffic and wireless access, with solutions that could support filtering, prevention, and authentication.

Fortinet implemented FortiGate NGFWs to secure all traffic, along with content filtering, web filtering, and IPS, plus Fortinet Secure SD-WAN to connect the campuses, FortiAP access points for wireless access, and FortiAuthenticator for user authentication. As a result, SASTRA Deemed University has maintained effective network security for more than 13 years.
