Internet Para Todos secures 65 remote stations with Fortinet

Internet Para Todos, a Peruvian telecommunications company focused on providing "Internet for All," faced the challenge of securing data transfer over a new low-orbit satellite internet service for its remote stations. As this connection reached their central hub via the public internet, they needed a highly secure solution to protect their infrastructure and meet customer SLAs. They selected Fortinet to address this security challenge.

Fortinet implemented a solution using FortiGate Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) at each remote site and the central hub to create secure tunnels. This deployment has already secured 65 remote stations and is scalable to nearly 300. The solution from Fortinet provided Internet Para Todos with a cost-efficient way to guarantee end-to-end security for its mobile infrastructure and end-users.
