Warrior Invictus Holding Company (doing business as Preferred Risk Insurance Services) is a privately held insurance group managing about $100M in annual premiums across nine states with staff at three sites. After two major security incidents and frequent network downtime, leadership hired a new CIO to modernize infrastructure, tighten security and meet NIST/HIPAA compliance requirements.

Working with Fiber Solution Consulting, Warrior Invictus deployed the Fortinet Security Fabric — including FortiGate NGFWs, FortiGuard, FortiAuthenticator, FortiClient, FortiAP, FortiMail, FortiManager and FortiCare — and enabled SD‑WAN and centralized management. The rollout virtually eliminated daily outages, reclaimed 40,000 headquarters staff hours (about $1.4M) plus 150,000 independent-agent hours, avoided roughly $500K in cybersecurity headcount costs, and significantly strengthened compliance and automated audit reporting.
