Fortinet Provides Critical Protection for Dole plc Global Operations

Dole plc, a global leader in fresh produce, faced a critical uptime challenge: its products have roughly a 15-day shelf life, so any operational disruption directly impacts revenue. A migration to Office 365 left email exposed to ransomware, and existing Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) tools did not provide sufficient visibility into web, application, and database logs, leaving the security team unable to proactively mitigate risks across multinational operations.

Dole implemented Fortinet’s FortiMail Cloud for email security and FortiSIEM with Advanced Agent collectors for log and event visibility.
