Case Study: Le Biscuit achieves centralized secure network management and increased sales with Fortinet

A Fortinet Case Study

Preview of the Le Biscuit Case Study

Fortinet Helps Brazilian Retail Chain Improve Network Access and Security—and Boost Its Sales Growth

Le Biscuit is a major Brazilian retail chain with 150 stores and 2,500 employees that launched ecommerce in 2020. The move online exposed weaknesses in its distributed infrastructure—unstable connectivity at its Bahia distribution center, limited centralized visibility, and growing security risks—undermining logistics, platform availability, and the company’s ability to scale.

Working with partner TeleData, Le Biscuit deployed a Fortinet stack (FortiGate NGFW and Secure SD‑WAN, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiAntenna and FortiAnalyzer) to secure and centralize network management, stabilize connectivity between stores and data centers, and enable secure remote access. The result: near‑zero reported incidents, unified visibility and faster incident response, higher operational stability that boosted productivity and sales, and a plan to roll Secure SD‑WAN across all 150 stores.
