Havells Sylvania, a global designer and supplier of lighting systems with operations across Europe, South America and expanding in Asia and the Middle East, grew from four to more than 50 sites and found managing separate security apps untenable. Havells Sylvania deployed 50+ Fortinet FortiGate appliances (FortiGate-60B, -110C and -310B) with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer to secure traffic and VPNs and provide firewall, antivirus, IPS, URL filtering and SSL VPN. The unified platform enabled centralized configuration and reporting, faster response and visibility, preserved processing performance, eliminated further security incidents and reduced overall management time and costs.
