Casablanca Secures Network with the FortiGate Advantage

Casablanca, a 30‑plus‑year Argentine home‑textiles company with about 200 employees at its headquarters, struggled with an unstable network built on multiple open‑source UTM applications running on intermediate hardware. Frequent crashes, high support overhead and a single IT administrator left the company needing a stable, secure and easy‑to‑manage security architecture.

Casablanca deployed Fortinet appliances—four FortiGate‑60C and two FortiGate‑80C units—along with FortiClient endpoint security to provide a unified, centrally managed UTM with VPN, IPS, anti‑malware and web filtering.
