Case Study: Andrea Bocelli Foundation achieves secure, scalable digital learning and a cyber-aware campus with Fortinet

A Fortinet Case Study

Preview of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation Case Study

Fortinet Supports the Andrea Bocelli Foundation’s Mission to Empower Future Generations through Secure Digital Learning

The Andrea Bocelli Foundation (ABF) is an Italian non-profit that builds schools and educational programs to empower disadvantaged young people. After rebuilding facilities following the 2016 earthquake and converting historic spaces into the ABF GlobaLAB, the foundation needed a trusted technology partner to deliver secure, high-performance, scalable and unobtrusive network infrastructure and to foster digital-safety awareness among students and staff.

Fortinet provided a unified solution—FortiGate firewalls, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiPhish and its Security Awareness and Training Service (including NSE Fundamentals)—to secure campus LANs, enable simplified remote management, and deliver phishing and cyber-safety training. The deployment created flexible, high-performance learning environments, reduced risk by building a cyber-aware culture, and helped ABF safely expand its digital learning programs.
