This allowed teachers to text a keyword and then complete a pre-populated form to share stories, photos, and videos. The results for Big Green included a significant increase in storytelling opportunities, more accurate data, and an improved ability to demonstrate its impact, as all stories were now automatically archived in Salesforce.
