Vingåkers Municipality was undergoing a comprehensive digitalization to establish fully digital workflows for its operations. Formpipe implemented a solution that involved moving the W3D3 system to a scalable OnDemand environment and adding modules like OfficeAddin, Document Converter, and culling functions. They also implemented Meetings Plus and the Signing Portal to digitally manage meetings and signing. This provided significant time savings for staff creating minutes and allowed politicians to collaborate and sign protocols from anywhere. The municipality now has a foundation for a fully digital administrative chain and is planning the final step of connecting an electronic archive.
