City of Malmö strengthens digital case management with Formpipe for 10+ years

The City of Malmö, a large and complex municipal organization, sought a partner to help automate administrative work and achieve its goal of an unbroken digital case chain. The city selected vendor Formpipe and its document and case management system, Platina, to address this challenge and increase efficiency with a focus on its citizens.

Formpipe implemented its Platina system and entered into a close, long-term partnership with the City of Malmö. This collaboration resulted in the co-creation of new features, including a register for trusted representatives, a funding function, and a voting solution. The relationship was strengthened with a new exclusive management agreement, ensuring a shared digitalization agenda for at least another ten years and solidifying Formpipe's role as a comprehensive provider for the city.
