FormFast partnered with HCA’s North Texas Division to tackle a costly, high-risk problem: hospitals relied on hundreds of pre-printed forms and manual processes that slowed admissions, increased costs and risked patient safety. HCA needed a flexible, reliable way to produce the right forms—in the right order with correct patient data—on demand and integrate smoothly with their Meditech systems across facilities.

FormFast deployed its forms-on-demand software (piloted at Plaza Medical Center) on the Meditech server, converting and mapping thousands of forms, enabling dynamic packet assembly and secure prescription printing. The rollout eliminated pre-printed forms and manual distribution, cut per-packet costs from ~$2.40 to ~$0.45, delivered estimated annual savings of $60K–$100K per hospital, sped admissions processing, and provided a scalable solution for the division’s dozen hospitals.
