Jackson Hewitt Identifies more than 500 Inconsistencies

Jackson Hewitt, a national tax-preparation brand with more than 6,000 locations, faced field execution blind spots: frontline teams lacked a flexible mobile app, standardized reporting and real-time visibility, and relied on manual processes like Google Docs. To close those gaps the company turned to Form.com’s MarketX to document merchandising, signage, safety and staffing across company-owned and franchised sites.

Form.com’s MarketX delivered mobile surveys, real-time reporting and alerting that helped Jackson Hewitt identify more than 500 issues and notify the right people to resolve over 140 critical problems. The program also produced actionable insights (about 98% of posters were displayed correctly; 80% of visits were unannounced, with 79% finding stores closed, while Walmart kiosks were closed only 23% of the time), and has supported leasing negotiations and improved compliance and marketing execution across the network.
