GOAL Academy, a publicly funded online charter high school in Colorado, needed a faster, more reliable way to handle enrollment and state-required forms across 20 centers and two administrative offices. Its paper-based process created mailing costs, document-loss risk, slow turnaround, and heavy manual effort, especially for the economic data survey form required by the state.

Formatta helped GOAL Academy move to a fully electronic forms workflow integrated with Digitech ImageSilo and SQL databases.
