Schock launches two new product microsites with FORMAT D in 2020

Schock, the inventor of the quartz composite granite sink, wanted to modernize its website to improve the user experience and present its unique products in a more appealing and user-friendly way. They partnered with Format D to undertake a comprehensive UX and design project.

Format D developed a clear design system and improved site navigation and product filtering. They expanded product sections with interactive hotspots and integrated animations to make the site more lively. For two new product lines, Format D created distinct microsites; one featured elegant 3D scroll animations for a luxury sink, while the other used storytelling and animated content for a sustainable product. The technical implementation was built on the existing Neos CMS.
