Bauwerk, a project developer for visionary real estate, faced the challenge of balancing a design-oriented brand presence with a user-centered property search to drive conversion. This challenge was compounded by a simultaneous rebranding process. They partnered with FORMAT D to develop a new website that could achieve both of these goals.

FORMAT D created an avant-garde website featuring a faceted property search built with Vue.js and Elasticsearch, all integrated via the Neos CMS. The solution successfully strengthened the Bauwerk brand while providing an optimized digital sales channel. The project was highly successful, earning FORMAT D and Bauwerk multiple prestigious awards including the German Design Award, an AWWWARDS Site of the Day, and a Red Dot Design Award.
