Worcester Polytechnic Institute Leverages Web Forms for Event Registration and Beyond

Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) used FormAssembly to support Undergraduate Enrollment Services, including Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, and Pre-Collegiate Outreach Programs. The school needed easier ways for students, parents, and families to submit information and wanted to reduce manual administrative work, long delays, and problems caused by outdated processes.

FormAssembly provided WPI with web forms for event registration, internal data submissions, and pre-collegiate registration forms, along with Salesforce Connector, Prefill Connector, and e-signature capabilities. The result was a more consistent data collection process across campus, 3 offices supported by FormAssembly, 25-30 active web forms in use, and 5,000 internal form responses collected since August 2018.
