Westmont College, a 1200-student liberal arts school in Santa Barbara, CA, was managing paper form processes and siloed student information across campus. Students had to print PDF forms, get in-person signatures, and email forms back, while COVID-19 and local natural disasters made those workflows even harder to maintain.

Westmont College turned to FormAssembly to move data collection fully online with online forms, the iATS payment connector, and Salesforce integration. The college says the change eliminated 40 hours a week of manual data entry, increased online payments received by 160%, and supported more than 100 administrative and payment forms in use.
