A FormAssembly Case Study
Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) was working through a business process re-engineering effort when it identified pain points in administrative work for students and staff. The university had been relying on paper forms and disconnected data sources, which created manual handoffs, extra processing, and “paper overload” during busy periods.
WCSU chose FormAssembly to replace those outdated workflows with integrated forms, including admissions applications with data validation, required fields, and Google Sheets integration. The new process helped the university eliminate disparate data sources, and one admissions form alone saved up to 1,600 working hours while supporting just shy of 10,000 applications; an orientation registration process also handled 1,400 registrants in 10 minutes.
