With FormAssembly web forms connected to Salesforce, Vermont Organic Farmers condensed 20 pages of application material into one online form and now processes 700 annual paper applications through web forms. Prefilled and repeatable sections, conditional logic, and attachments helped reduce administrative work, improve data collection, and make reporting cleaner and easier to manage.
