UFL’s Enterprise Salesforce Team Delivers Fast COVID-19 Assistance

The University of Florida needed a faster way to support students and staff during the COVID-19 crisis, when many people lost income, housing, and other resources. It also had to adjust quickly to new online processes for course completion and student aid, and it used FormAssembly to build secure web forms for that work.

With FormAssembly, the university’s Enterprise Salesforce Team launched two major form solutions in early May 2020, including Aid-a-Gator and a pass/fail grade option form using Salesforce prefill and single sign-on. The forms generated thousands of responses, supported 12,000 form submissions, and helped disperse more than $10 million in funds.
