The University of Michigan’s Center for Educational Outreach used FormAssembly to improve communication across its three campuses and simplify the way staff coordinated internal and external groups. The team needed a flexible way to connect to Salesforce, prefill forms, and share unique links without creating another database for users to log into.

With FormAssembly, the university built feature-rich forms for surveys, event registration, payment requests, and a faculty feedback process across four implementations used by 15 units. The solution integrated with Google Sheets and Salesforce, let groups get forms running with minimal training, and helped move work off paper forms and spreadsheets while supporting better reporting and cross-campus collaboration.
