The Master’s University, a private Christian university in Santa Clarita, California, wanted to improve data collection for admissions after finding that registrar and administrative teams were stuck with manual data entry and paper forms. The lack of visibility into data collection and management created administrative bottlenecks and data gaps in student admissions. FormAssembly was brought in with Salesforce to help address those issues.

Using FormAssembly forms connected to Salesforce CRM, TMU created more automated, visible workflows and gave students a simpler application experience. The university expanded use of FormAssembly across multiple departments with over 150 dynamic forms for admissions, campus events, and faculty course requests, and now has 1,000+ on-campus students enrolled. TMU said FormAssembly’s Salesforce integration saves time and money across the board.
