Prialto helps executives offload administrative processes to improve productivity, and its team needed a form solution that could connect directly with Salesforce. After trying several form builders, the company wanted a tool that could send data automatically into Salesforce without going back and forth between systems. Prialto chose FormAssembly, which Andrew Mowat said was “tremendously valuable” and “pretty dang intuitive.”

With FormAssembly, Prialto uses forms for internal feedback and other high-volume workflows, including daily member ratings, client feedback, interview feedback, and employee ratings. The combination of form management and Salesforce integration helps the company move quickly and handle feedback more efficiently. Andrew said Prialto will be using FormAssembly “in tons of ways.”
