University of Oxford Saïd Business School needed a better way to manage web forms, lead generation, and data collection across different departments. Before working with FormAssembly, the school used Drupal forms, and separate teams created forms with inconsistent branding, naming conventions, and levels of information collected. The team also needed easier tracking, cloning, maintenance, and support for GDPR requirements.

With FormAssembly, the school brought its data collection under one platform connected to Salesforce and used it for both website forms and event forms. Staff now customize forms with CSS, use iFrame publishing when needed, and add opt-in statements and privacy disclosures for GDPR compliance. The case study says 117 forms were converted during the website overhaul, and 137 FormAssembly forms are currently in use.
