OneGoal works to make college graduation a reality for students in low-income communities, but its staff application process was fragmented and manual. Information lived in spreadsheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Word, and the team needed a more efficient way to manage applications and internal communication. OneGoal used FormAssembly as it moved the hiring process into Salesforce.

With FormAssembly, OneGoal built a single online application with conditional logic, document upload functionality, and additional role options, while routing candidate applications, referrals, and hiring communications into Salesforce. The team reported zero issues in the first stage and no downtime during testing, and applicant volume rose from 843 last year to 918 in less than three months this year. OneGoal said FormAssembly helped standardize processes, reduce silos, and improve both internal and external communications.
