Olivet Nazarene University Triples Enrollment by Modernizing Student Portal with FormAssembly

Olivet Nazarene University was buried in paperwork and running behind schedule, and its senior class numbers were dwindling year after year. To improve the student experience, the university wanted to automate and streamline processes, including grading, and modernize its student portal. It worked with FormAssembly as part of a Salesforce-based solution.

Using FormAssembly, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and myTrailhead, Olivet Nazarene University built a new scalable student portal and the Your Way program. The university says the new system led to an 850% increase in new student enrollment to date, a 50% decrease in manual work, 80 hours saved per week in processing time, and 2,080 hours of processing time saved annually.
