Oakland Public Education Fund manages funds, payroll, hiring and benefits support, donation drives, volunteer forms, and education grants for partner schools and educational organizations throughout Oakland. To handle a substantial amount of incoming data, it needed a secure, organized way to collect information in real time and support both large-scale projects and smaller one-off programs.
Using FormAssembly, the organization built live forms for volunteer onboarding, grant applications, and hiring workflows that connect directly to Salesforce. FormAssembly’s Dynamic Picklists, Prefill Connector, and custom coding helped keep data aligned and reduced manual upkeep, while the fund now manages 30+ live forms, collects 9,000 expense submissions yearly, and has raised $60 million in the last 5 years.
