NPower Leverages FormAssembly to Save Time and Resources as They Expand IT Training Programs

NPower is a national nonprofit that uses interest and application forms to manage applicants for its Tech Fundamentals and Advanced Certification programs. As it expanded from paper forms to digital forms, it ended up with roughly 16 separate regional forms that were cumbersome to update, time-consuming to link to Salesforce, and difficult to keep consistent across markets. The organization needed a more systematic application process as it planned for growth into new communities.

Using FormAssembly, NPower condensed its forms into one streamlined process, added conditional logic and Save and Resume, and connected the forms to Salesforce for automated screening and notifications. The result was one primary form for staff to edit and review instead of more than 10 separate forms, with 7 markets operating under 1 streamlined process. FormAssembly also helped reduce manual follow-up with unqualified applicants and saved staff time for other work.
