Lindamood-Bell, which teaches children and adults reading and comprehension across 65+ learning centers, relied on paper forms for intake, lesson plans, and student records. Staff wrote thousands of pages by hand, re-entered data into Salesforce, and had to scan, fax, and physically retrieve files, which took significant time and resources.

With FormAssembly, Lindamood-Bell moved student intake and lesson planning into web forms that connect directly to Salesforce. Staff can build lesson plans with dropdown menus, print them for student files, and review records remotely; since the new lesson plan system began in early June, the company has processed over 50,000 responses, equal to over 50,000 handwritten pages.
