Keshet is a national nonprofit focused on full LGBTQ inclusion and equality in Jewish life. The organization was using a different form tool with only very minor integration with Salesforce, which made it hard to route data properly, keep records standardized across systems, and manage recurring gifts.

With FormAssembly, Keshet built Salesforce-connected forms for intake, donations, and event registration. The team uses features such as conditional logic, dependent mapping, prefill, and the Authorize.net connector, and it now runs more than 50 active forms. FormAssembly also helped Keshet streamline pledge collection and payment processing through its “Pay My Commitment” form, improving financial turnaround and helping the organization secure more donations for programming.
