Improving Online Education Services with Better Data Collection Processes

Online Education Services (OES) is an educational provider for online learning that was dealing with a lot of “tech debt” and a backlog of requests for new web forms. Its developers did not always have the bandwidth to build forms quickly, so the team looked for a data collection platform that could integrate closely with Salesforce.

OES chose FormAssembly to build Salesforce-connected web forms for internal and external use, including an HR exit checklist that replaced a manual Word-document process. FormAssembly helped OES build more than 30 forms in its first year on the platform and saved about 1 week of tech work per form, while also improving internal processes and coordination with vendors and education partners.
