If/When/How - Customer Case Study

If/When/How is a nonprofit based in Oakland, Calif., focused on reproductive justice through legal and campus organizing efforts. When Sarah Layton came in as Director of Finance and Operations, she found a patchwork of Excel spreadsheets, underused Salesforce data, and multiple tools such as EventBrite, Google Forms, and SurveyMonkey that made it hard to centralize event and program information.

If/When/How adopted FormAssembly to handle fellowship applications, internship applications, conference registration, contact forms, and other incoming requests while sending data directly into Salesforce. FormAssembly helped the organization replace redundant tools and save time, including 20 hours a year on the fellowship application process, about two hours per event across roughly 12 events a year, and a few hours each month on the “Join the Network” form.
