Granny’s Finest, a nonprofit that brings young designers and retired women together in knitting clubs across the Netherlands, was relying on paper forms to collect feedback. Because the team used Salesforce as its CRM, the process required a lot of manual data entry and was slow, time-consuming, and costly for its limited resources.
