Give Something Back Implements Smarter Data Collection with FormAssembly’s Prefilled Forms

Give Something Back, a nonprofit with tuition and scholarship programs that were scaling quickly, needed a more streamlined way to handle student selection and data collection. The team had been relying on a mix of spreadsheets and databases, and as nearly 1,000 students were enrolled, it needed up-to-date information in one place. Give Something Back turned to FormAssembly’s Salesforce-integrated prefilled forms to move away from paper-form processes and improve data upkeep and reporting.

With FormAssembly, Give Something Back used lookup features, Prefill Connector workflows, and branded forms to create Grade Update Forms, Mentor and Student Feedback Forms, and Event Registration Forms. The organization also used the prefill tools to send SMS messages to key individuals who needed to update information. With an IT team of just one, Give Something Back said FormAssembly helped distribute the workload, remove data silos, and save time while supporting $35 million in tuition funds and serving 1,000 students.
