Frostburg State University Improves Campus Communication with Easy Forms

Frostburg State University needed a better way to handle campus form creation after switching to a new content management system. Its old process depended on a small number of people, and the IT team had also heard criticism about unreliable integrations. FormAssembly was brought in as part of the CMS form integration overhaul to make the process easier and give the IT department more flexibility.

With FormAssembly, Frostburg State University moved from free code that required developer help to a no-code, low-code form builder that staff could customize without coding knowledge. The university now has 91 forms in use across campus, 18+ departments using FormAssembly, and can create a form process in 1-2 days instead of weeks. FormAssembly also supported reliable integrations such as Salesforce and PayPal, and Frostburg has since launched a pilot to expand easy forms more broadly across campus.
