Pahara Institute uses education and training to support values-driven leaders in public education, but it needed a better way to manage fellowship information that was scattered across different locations. Without a centralized system, staff had difficulty understanding fellows’ personal and professional journeys and keeping up as the program grew.

Using FormAssembly web forms integrated with Salesforce, Pahara centralized fellowship data, streamlined manual updates, and made it easier for fellows to submit information through user-friendly forms. FormAssembly also helped the team with Salesforce Prefill Connector, conditional formatting, form validation, and the Google Connector, supporting 15-20 active forms at any given time, 20-24 fellows per cohort, and 680+ responses to the annual network survey.
