Cal State East Bay needed a better way to capture and collect leads and track potential students. As it adopted Salesforce, the school also looked for a form-building solution to replace paper-heavy processes and support a lead capture form.
FormAssembly provided the web forms and Salesforce connector that synced student information to the main database and helped staff keep data organized. The school says FormAssembly improved communication and data collection across campus, contributed to a 700% increase in leads in the year after the switch to Salesforce and FormAssembly, and supported 95% of course enrollment managed with FormAssembly, with 129 forms created to date.
