Global Dental Relief worked with FormAssembly and partner ElevateActual when the COVID-19 pandemic forced the nonprofit to rethink its usual in-person gala and large fundraising events. The organization needed a safe way to keep donors engaged and host an event that still felt active and competitive.

FormAssembly forms were customized to run the 2020 silent auction, which was paired with a drive-in movie event and supported by Salesforce custom objects. The setup handled bids digitally, used features like prefill connector and conditional logic, and produced 82 bids and $2,521 in donations across 146 participants while reducing manual processing.
