FormAssembly Advances GiGi’s Playhouse Nonprofit Data Collection

GiGi’s Playhouse is a nonprofit that supports people with Down syndrome through free educational, therapeutic, and career development services. As it expanded toward 20 locations, it struggled to keep data synced across Donor Perfect, Google Sheets, and Access databases, with updates to email marketing systems sometimes taking more than a day. It also needed a way to give local managers more flexibility without providing Salesforce licenses to everyone.

GiGi’s Playhouse selected FormAssembly to streamline web forms and workflows with Salesforce integration. The team consolidated more than 250 separate online forms into 5 streamlined forms, which reduced IT support needs and enabled real-time record updates. FormAssembly also helped with duplicate management, program registration, volunteer management, and notifications, while the organization reported 35% annual growth in families served, 46 locations in the US and Mexico, and more than 200,000 free program hours annually.
