Family Promise Achieves Cleaner Data and Reduces Manual Lift with FormAssembly

Family Promise is a nationally distributed nonprofit that serves families encountering homelessness through shelters, stabilization, prevention, and diversion programs. To manage its census survey and affiliate network data, the organization wanted to move away from paper mail and Excel spreadsheets and find a more automated way to bring information into Salesforce. It turned to FormAssembly to help save time, eliminate manual processes, and improve data organization.

Using FormAssembly, Family Promise expanded its use of online forms and workflows across the organization, including the Prefill Connector, Workflow, and field and form calculations. These tools helped reduce manual data entry, support approval and review cycles, and lower errors in submissions. Family Promise uses FormAssembly across 15-20 active forms and processes, supporting a network of more than 200 affiliate organizations and helping staff work with cleaner data.
