ElevateActual Uses FormAssembly as the Leading Data Platform for Aeronautics

ElevateActual worked with the South Carolina Aeronautics Commission to improve capital improvement planning, which had previously depended on paper-based methods and frequent faxing. The project needed a way for airport managers to report annual capital improvement data for grants and funding, while managing a complex 5-year plan with regular updates. FormAssembly was used as the central data platform for the effort.

With FormAssembly, ElevateActual built a single form that consolidated the CIP process into one place and acted as a status page and portal. The setup included five expandable and collapsible sections, prefill connector, community authentication, custom code, and repeatable sections. The result was a more efficient reporting process across 58 airport managers and 402 projects across the state, along with 3 additional internal use cases.
