Creating Sustainability from the Roots Up

Arkus worked with Eden Reforestation Projects, a New York-based consulting agency supporting an environmental nonprofit that needed to replace a complex, manual data process that no longer fit its growth. Before the project, the organization relied on spreadsheets, notes, and phone and email workflows that created data silos, made tracking partnership balances difficult, and slowed invoicing.

Using FormAssembly, Arkus rebuilt the data model with partnership application forms, custom objects, junction objects, and improved pipeline and automation. The new setup prefilled forms from opportunities, updated payments automatically, collected payments via Stripe, and gave the team better reporting and forecasting, while also letting staff review and approve partnerships at different checkpoints and track business partner donation activity more clearly.
