Clore Social Leadership, a U.K. charity that runs leadership development programs for emerging leaders, needed to replace a paper form and spreadsheet-based process. Before FormAssembly, staff spent significant time manually moving application data between spreadsheets and handling a lengthy recruitment workflow.

Using FormAssembly with Salesforce, Clore Social Leadership built forms for applications, references, program feedback, and impact measurement. The new process helped them review hundreds of applications more efficiently, collect immediate feedback, and compare pre- and post-program capability data. Clore Social Leadership said FormAssembly helped them show a significant increase across six capabilities and better demonstrate program value to funders, partners, and employers.
