City University of London - Customer Case Study

City University of London, which serves more than 21,000 students, wanted a better way to manage web forms across campus. In 2007, the university’s web team looked for a hosted service that would let non-technical staff create feature-rich forms, keep full control of data, and save time for the web team.

The university chose FormAssembly On-Site, becoming the first customer of the platform’s retired On-Site Edition. FormAssembly is now described by the university as “an indispensable application,” with hundreds of web forms processed securely and reliably every day across departments including alumni relations, campus security, student admission, HR, and IT. The team also said the system freed up web development time, supported integration with third-party applications through connectors, and was easy enough to support with two-hour training sessions.
