CitizenPath helps immigrants and their families complete USCIS applications and forms, but many of those forms are long, complex, and hard to understand. To give applicants step-by-step guidance and help them file the right forms, CitizenPath chose FormAssembly after evaluating several form providers.

Using FormAssembly’s API and feature set, CitizenPath added conditional logic, Save & Resume, custom hints, validation rules, regular expressions, and an Authorize.Net integration. FormAssembly also helps CitizenPath convert form data into pre-formatted PDFs for download or mailing, reducing errors and making it easier for applicants to complete forms that can take about 40 minutes and run 21 pages long.
