Child Matters, a New Zealand charitable trust focused on child protection, needed a better way to collect and manage training and event data. Before using FormAssembly and Salesforce, the organization was working with inaccurate and incomplete records, and its staff spent too much time processing information and updating profiles.

FormAssembly helped Child Matters consolidate enrollment forms, use conditional logic for event registration, and send data directly into Salesforce. The result was more accurate, consistent records and a fuller picture of each trainee and organization, including historical data for reporting; after rollout, 50% of submissions specified three Iwi affiliations, compared with very few previously.
