With FormAssembly, Central Pennsylvania Food Bank built Salesforce-integrated forms and workflows, including a SNAP benefits eligibility calculator with calculable fields and multilingual options. The change helped families get instant answers in their language of choice, saved more than 20 hours of manual data entry since Nov. 2023, and reduced over 15 hours of manual data entry per month while supporting 227+ internal form submissions since Nov. 2023.
