Amazon India used FormAssembly to collect seller information from outside vendors and connect it to its internal Salesforce CRM. The company needed a way to track vendor progress and pay vendors correctly without overtaxing its IT team, since those vendors had no access to Amazon systems.

Amazon India said the tool helped it collect business-critical information in real time, and it was in use across the seller-facing teams with around 10 to 12 active forms.
